Registration for 2025 is open and will close on April 4.

Registration is only possible on this website (no on-site registration). Please note that registration for the workshops will take place at a later date (we will send you an email).

2025 rates:

• Participant rate: 150 € per person for the 3 days (160 € after March 18). This rate covers participation in all workshops, both on the river and on land.
• Non paddling participants: 130 €. After March 18 : 140 €. This rate allows access to the Festival and participation in land-based workshops only.
• Children under 12 years old: 60 €.
• Free for children under 5 years old.

Please note that it is not possible to register for just one or two days. Please also note that we do not offer a canoe rental service.

This price includes :

• Official Open Canoe Festival T-shirt,
• Welcome bag / Goodies Bag (poster, sticker...),
• Welcome aperitif,
• Opening film on Friday evening,
• Saturday evening meal,
• Saturday evening concert,
• Sunday evening meal,
• Participation in Sunday evening big prize lottery,
• Monday local specialities picnic,
• Free shuttle for the Big Descent,
• Workshops (nearly 100 over 3 days),
• Participation in the organisation costs (the real cost per person is about 280 €, the difference is financed by sponsors and partners).

At registration, you have the possibility to ask for a vegetarian meal (without meat or fish). The local picnic is not vegetarian. Food allergies are not catered for.

Please note that the organisation does not provide boats and does not offer any rental service.

Accommodation

The OCF registration fee does not include the camping fee:

Reservation of camping pitches is not necessary (except for chalets and mobile homes where availability is limited).

To receive a 5% discount on chalets and mobihomes, please enter the code "OCF25L" on your booking.

Please note: due to the large number of participants, Gervanne Camping may not be able to assign a separate pitch for each family or group. You may need to share your pitch in order to accommodate everyone.

Camping fee (applicable for the entire stay):

• 8,90 € per person per night (+ tourist tax of 0,66 €).
• 4,20 € per night for children under 12 years old.
• Free for children under 5 years old.
